BUDAPEST

September 12th (my first time) in Budapest, that’s the beginning of our 10 (or so..) day trip. After a 7,5 hour long bus ride from Prague, we arrived to Budapest around 6AM... and it was hell (the bus ride). But anyway, Budapest seemed to be a grey city on a Saturday early morning after rain and in fog, but as the day moved from morning to afternoon and people came out to the streets, it got in a whole new dimension.

We walked pretty much through the whole city, went up to the Buda castle, took a bunch of pictures, met tons of Americans, went on the Parliament tour, to the Public Market and finally to the famous "Ruin Bars" and many tiny, cute, cozy cafe’s. I was just so amazed of how many cool places (bars, outdoor bars, restaurants and cafe’s) we have found (if nothing else, this was definitely the one thing that’s missing in Prague).

Since we had an early morning flight the next day, we decided to sleep over at the airport, though t was kinda a challenge to get to the airport after midnight (changing in a middle of nowhere and late connections), but we got there and did not miss our flight to Corfu. Yayyy

Budapešt byla prvním místem, na které jsem se se Sushi na našem tripu vydaly, po náročené 7,5 hodiny dlouhé cestě autobusem jsme přijely do Budapešti okolo šesté ráno a těď už vím, že nikam dál než na chalupu už autobusem nepojedu :D Každopádně při sobotním podešťovém brzkém ránu se mi Budapešť zdála taková šedá, omlácená a mrtvá, ale s přibývajícími hodinami se to změnilo. Dopoledne jsme věnovaly turistickým místům jako hrad Buda, Parlament, trh atd. Odpoledne jsme se vydaly do víru budapešťských barů a kaváren. Ruin bary, všechny ostatní bary a kavárny... 

Další den už jsem měly let na Corfu v 6 ráno, tzn. spaly jsme na letišti, kam rozhodně nebyl jednoduché se po půlnoci dostat, ale dostaly jsem se tam a ráno odletěly.  Toť vše k Budapešti.
